Hello there,
first of all, I hope that I haven't missed a solution for the following problem:
I am currently using Wine-Staging (6.19) with winetricks and have therefore installed the DAW Ableton Live Suite 10, which works quite well.
Unfortunately - and I do not see people having the same issue - I cannot select a VST-folder inside the software settings inasmuch as it tells me by doing so: 'The selection contains a non-folder object' (See the attachment).
If you are not familiar with Ableton Live: I think this hasn't to do something with the software itself but rather with wine. While being in the settings of Ableton Live, you normally just select the corresponding folder via the windows-explorer to mark the 'VST'-destination.
I am a newbie concerning the work with linux and wine (by the way: Linux Mint) but I hope I can get some useful advice here. Is there anything I can do? Changing the use of W10 to W7 to W XP in winecfg doesn't help out here.
Thanks in advance!

Thanks for the reply. So as it seems, there is currently no solution?
