Did system requirements increase recently?
I have noticed with several 3d games that I can't *quite* get the same performance as when I played these games ~3-4 months ago. Unfortunately I can't put concrete figures to these claims, only "I'm SURE this used to run better." So I was wondering if anyone else has noticed a performance drop in the last few versions of WINE?

So it turns out I'm not crazy. I downgraded my wine packages and it appears that whatever is causing the performance hit was introduced in wine-staging-6.8 (forgot to mention I was on staging sorry). For reference these are my performance figures for a stretch of road in Euro Truck Simulator 2:
wine-staging < 6.8: 55-60fps
wine-staging >= 6.8 25-35fps
I don't see anything in the shortlog for 6.8 that might affect performance this much, but then again I'm just a layman. Does anyone know what might be causing this? For reference I am using Debian Buster and nvidia-driver 460.73.01-1~bpo10+1
