Possible dbghelp bug

I'm getting the following error when running applications that depends on dotnet452 and vcrun2012.
Already installed dependencies using winetricks.
I've seen same error in many forums but any solution works for me.
Should I fill a bug report?
PD: Can't upload backtrace.txt so I'm putting console log down here:

Can you give an example of a program that doesn't work?
