Installshield installer shows "Out of memory" error

Hello, i have an InstallShield installer for Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020.
When i click on "Next" button/try to install it, it shows the error "Runtime error (at 126:848): Out of memory.".
I use Lutris but have created the game entry manually.

My wine version is wine-6.5 (Staging). I'm with OS Kubuntu 20.04.2.
winetricks has the following installed:
