Hello! I get the following error when running a steam game. I can't find the "steamuser" folder, what can I do?

Not sure how relavent this is to Wine. I assume you're running the linux version of Steam and using Proton to run a Windows game.
Proton creates all the symlinks for user folders to ~/.steam/steam/steamapps/compatdata/[GAME ID]/pfx/dosdevice/c:/....
Where [GAME ID] is unique for each steam game
So you may want to check that you have permissions to all those folders. I would recommend reinstalling the application, checking/changing permissions, and asking Steam or perhaps the developer themselves for support.
