Error attempting to launch Ducati game

It's a fairly old game I know. It has sentimental value for me, though, as I owned a Monster 900, so I'd love to get this working if possible.

The first URL you gave is clearly just listing pirated games...
Not cool, and could lead to this thread being locked by a forum mod.

The second URL is completely borked...

Also, if your posting terminal commands + output in a forum post, please can you use the forum Code tags to delimit these:

I really don't know anything about this, but I did search the net. There are a couple of sites that show for free downloads of the 2001 version but I don't know if they are pirate sites or not. The 2007 version appears to be $5 at steam - not bad for a legit version.

Sorry to interrupt here but just wanted to mention it. Bob is an EXTREMELY knowledgable and helpful member of the forums. He has helped me GREATLY.

Thanks Bob! I'm new here, but will follow your advice. The second URL I don't know what happened there. I just copied the Install link from the page at the first link. Since that's been identified by you and jkfloris as a bad site, I'll ignore it.
