We are running kubuntu 20.04 with wine and zbrush 2021.5.
We were running kubuntu 20.04 with wine and zbrush 2020. Everything was running smoothly. Zbrush offered a new update of 2021. We updated. Bad plan. We asked on the zbrush forum for help and was not able to get much help. They do not support Linux. I was unable to get on the forum before they updated again to 2021.5. We were hoping that the update would help solve the issues but no such luck.
Here are the issues.
#1 Missing lightbox folders. Some of the lightbox folders do not show up when you open the program and when you click to open lightbox.
#2 This is the biggest issue. When you try to draw out any object you get broken up lines. eg. line space under that then another line and so on.
I have images of both but the attachment adding says they are too large. I am using an android device to post here.
We can not figure out how to fix it. We found a forum post but is was for an older version of zbrush and the fixes did not work. If you can help we would ready appreciate it. Thank you in advance.

Use not pure wine, but portProton.
