Adding a second drive on a second hard drive?

So I got just frustrated with Windows' privacy concern, and I just bought a second hard drive for my Alienware 17R4. And I want to use my second hard drive as a game install drive, and second storage device. Now I have it automatically mounting, but I can't seem to figure out how to manually add a secondary drive in wine on a separate drive. Is such a thing possible? If so, how?
