automatically restarting a crashed service

Hi,
Does Wine (32-bit; on Linux) automatically restart any windows services that have crashed?
It does not appear to restart any of my company's services if they crash, nor does it restart plugplay.exe if both its processes are stopped with the kill command (sending the default signal SIGTERM)

I've tried this on both CentOS and Ubuntu
Ubuntu version: wine-3.0 (Ubuntu 3.0-1ubuntu1)
CentOS version: wine-5.0
