Splashtop Business App has black screen once connected
So I have Splashtop installed on my fresh Arch Linux install using Wine (5.17). I have installed dependencies and have gotten to the point where I can connect to a client using the SOS code. However, the displayed screen is black (sometimes with a wonky, stretched out Linux top bar). I can move the mouse and interact with the Windows desktop, but can't see what I'm doing. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I would guess maybe a video codec or something similar is missing from a plain Arch install, as this work fine on Ubuntu.

Did you ever figure this out? I am having the same problem with Wine 5.22.

If anyone wants help with this, take a look at: WineHQ FAQ.
We'd need a terminal log, running Splashtop using the latest version of Wine or Wine Staging (currently: 6.0-rc3).
