Wine x Ubuntu Server Armhf 16.04 "Xenial Xerus" (32bits)

Forgive me if the question might seem silly, but as I have little knowledge of Linux, the slightest doubts, seem giants to be solved. So here we go ... I have a server with the following characteristics: Ubuntu Server Armhf 16.04 "Xenial Xerus" (32bits) on which I need to run an .exe program. Is it possible to install and run Wine on this server that doesn't have a graphical environment? If so, a colleague told me that if I use MobaXterm I could make this task of using Wine easier. Does this information is true, and how would this be done, since in my notebook the OS is Windows 10? I will be very grateful if anyone can take a step by step of how to install Wine in my Ubuntu Server Armhf 16.04 "Xenial Xerus" (32bits)
