GTA V - Low fps

I have such a problem I have a computer with a processor i5 8250 U RAM 8 GB graphics card intel uhd 620 and now it is possible that on Linux kubuntu 18.04 (kde) you need more framework than 4 GB because I have a small amount of fps sometimes the game becomes for 0.5 seconds or could it be the ram's fault
