Vsk5OnLine gives 10060 connect error

I've installed Vsk5OnLine and it runs fine in stand-alone mode.
But when I try to connect to a server it times-out with the 10060 error.

I'm running wine-5.4 on

Is there anything I can check, before loading the dev. version and submitting a bug report?
