0058:fixme:ras:RasDialA loop problem on old client-bank app

Old client-bank app has worked very well under wine ... until last wine update (wine-4.20 on Arch linux).
Now app starts but on connect attempt is falls into loop with next messages

I found no option to disable dialup in the app
