i has work on linux mint for a year, and a new to linux. i have dysplasia so i can not read and spell. the pc was a good work house the help me read and spell, useing dragon 11 and halreader. when windows 10 came out i had reached the end of my patient for microsoft and when in to linux full time.i need halreader to run and works on wine but the Zabaware Text-to-Speech Reader

is not working. all i get is wine C:\users\donovan\Application Data\ATTNaturalVoices\TTS5.1\bin\DTTTSEnine_32.dll Unable to register the DLL/OCX: RegSvr32 failed with exit code 0x3
i have look up what i can and not found what i was looking for. hope same one can help me.
