software stuck on installing net framework 4.7.1!!!!

Hello,
I spend a lot of weeks trying to install "Bing Ads Editor" on Linux Kali through Wine.
It Always stuck on installing net framework 4.7.1.
Please any suggestions to fix that because i really need it.

Did you already try installing dotnet with winetricks? Also, what wine version are you using?

This may be related to: Github : Winetricks/winetricks : Can't Install dotnet 46 #1290.
Which would necessitate updating your winetricks version, to the latest Git master.

If you aren't installing .Net frameworks packages, using winetricks (which you should be doing!)
Then you'll manually need to replicate the workarounds that winetricks uses.
