Unable to get update wine

Hello! When I try to update wine, I've got this message:
"W: Failed to fetch https://dl.winehq.org/wine-builds/ubunt ... /InRelease Could not connect to dl.winehq.org:443 (151.101.114.217), connection timed out
W: Some index files failed to download. They have been ignored, or old ones used instead."
Help me please. =)

My OS: Linux Mint 19.

Don't have any problems atm here, so if this is continuing it might be a ISP issue for you?

What does ping dl.winehq.org produce?
