Tell me more does not work

Post by duns » Tue Apr 30, 2019 9:36 am

I have successfully installed Tell me more https://appdb.winehq.org/objectManager. ... n&iId=7976 (learning English), both in wine and in playonlinux. The program starts, all seems OK (graphic and audio), the folder set as DVD-rom is recognised, but after the login screen I get an error message:

Code: Select all

"the lesson language or the lesson family is not available"
.
Thank you for help

Did you read the notice at
https://appdb.winehq.org/objectManager. ... &iId=20389
in section Test results->Additional Comments ?

Run your application in terminal and post output. If there's no obvious error message, file a bug report.

Thank you. But how can run the application in a (wine? or kubuntu?) terminal?

Here:

Code: Select all

wine start /unix "/home/duns/.PlayOnLinux/wineprefix/Tell_me_more/drive_c/Program Files (x86)/Auralog/TELL ME MORE Performance/bin/tmm.exe"
[mypc]:~$ 0030:err:ole:CoUninitialize Mismatched CoUninitialize
