Divinity Original Sin 2: autosave problem

Hi! I have problem with this game (steam version), after save or autosave fps go down.
I use Wine Staging 4.6
Ubuntu 19.04
kernel: 5.0.0-13-generic

Problem like this https://steamcommunity.com/app/435150/d ... 625964277/
After save increases GPU utilization. I test few version ubuntu and few version nvidia driver.
nvidia-settings utils show 100% GPU utilization. After problem reproduce, I try change resolution:
