Windows error 0x8007065b when installing windows software

Hello. I have problems with installing Ridgids software SeeSnake HQ, this is only available in windows version and i need it for my work. So all help will be much appreciated. I have searched all over, but no solutions found.

The software can be downloaded from this website: https://support.seesnake.com/hq-for-pcs/

The install process starts and the software installs, but before it finishes it reports that an error occured.

I am running Linux Mint 19.1, fully updated.

Hi, tried it and get the same as you got. looks like a Mono bug

Tried ``winetricks dotnet472'', then it seems to run into another issue, apparantly missing httpapi stuff. Looks like similar issue as in bug https://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=46549. I could get it installed with the changes from https://github.com/EsdrasTarsis/wine-pu ... ls/httpapi

I`ll post a comment in the bugreport. As for the app itsself: It comes up but then looks like it`s kind of unresponsive window, i guess the window should show a camera-view? Or how /what is it exactly supposed to look like/do?

It is a video editing software. It allows you to make a presentation of what you have filmed. So it will not show live video, but lets you edit the video you have saved on a USB stick. So when the software is working it should display different tabs that you can click etc.
