Why don't you use the native Linux version?

I'm not familiar with this program, but the website mentions one Linux version: PlanetCNC64-TNG_20180917

According to the manual the program needs .NET Framework 3.5 SP1

You can use winetricks to install the framework

Code: Select all

winetricks -q dotnet35sp1
Two points of attention:
1. Sometimes installing dotnet can break other applications in you wineprefix. Create a clean wineprefix to install dotnet and run this application.
2. The program comes with a Windows driver. It is highly likely the driver doesn't work with Wine.

No, I mean the application has an option to connect the device via USB or via a network.
Maybe you could use the network option.

Yes, the application have network connection option but I dont try yet. I try maybe tomorrow or in the weekend. After I write the result when is work or not work the network connection. Also I need try which network cable is good for this connection. Cross cable or standard cable. What I know is the USB connection is not work in wine.
