Audio not working

I have just installed Wine and have one Windows program installed (http://www.vanbasco.com/). The programme runs but I don't get any audio. I have run winecfg and see that Pulseaudio is installed.

How do I go about troubleshooting this and what do I look for?

I am running Wine 4.0 on Fedora 29.

Make sure MIDI is properly set up on your system. It is not by default on most distros. https://wiki.winehq.org/MIDI
