Renault R-Link2 crash on launch

I installed Renault R.Link2 Toolbox program in my Linux Mint Pc.
Program installs right, but crash on launch.
Any suggestions?

If you make an override for packager and set it to native in winecfg the program doesn't crash. Unfortunately I get a black screen, but maybe you have more luck.

I read your post and tried your suggestion before requesting help here in forum, but...nope, even with the override for packager, blank screen also for me....

Point is that i can't decode Wine crash log, so i can't figure how to solve.

It's a big problem since my home is a Microsoft Free house so i have no way to install program, which is mandatory to upgrade my car navigation system and maps.

I tried also a fresh install of Windows 10 in a Virtual Box machine (I tried a Qemu/KVL session too), but after a whole day spent in setting the virtual machine, everything works, but the program won't recognise my usb pen drive with car signature.

Seems that the only solutions would be setting my pc as dual boot machine with a real install of Windows 10.
Sure is a shame for using just one piece of software....

Please use code-tags for such logs...

Try using wine-staging, it shows something - but then crashes inside the JVM.
Report a bug, I guess.
