Wine not in list of "Open with other application"

On Ubuntu 18.10, I installed the latest version of Wine from terminal:
sudo apt install wine64
The installed version shows as wine-3.0.3
But when I right-click on a exe file, Wine does not appear in "Open with other application"

3.0.3 is not the latest version, and if you've only installed wine64, your install is incomplete. Follow these instructions to install Wine properly: https://wiki.winehq.org/Ubuntu.
