Wine No Internet

Trying to install an old mmo called ragnarok.. well its private server. But when I run it on wine it says i need an internet to run it.
I'm using Ubuntu 18.04

is this the complete log?

Is the program 32bit? If so, try creating a 32bit WINEPREFIX and install "winetricks -q ie8", Your log only mentions IE stuff, so this might help.
