Change explorer default directory?

Hello,
I'm running wine to another tty, and I run explorer.exe there. I want to open it in a different directory instead of "Desktop" which is the default. I tried many different things with help of wiki' s page about explorer and several topics about changing explorer' s default directory I found on net, but nothing worked. I tried and a registry change I found, but everything I did just ignored. I also tried wine file manager(there isn't any info about it on wiki) but no luck there too.
So, can anyone know how can I achive this for "Z:\media\data\DownloadFolder" for e.g?

Change where Desktop links to on the Desktop Integration tab in winecfg.
