E: Unable to locate package winehq-staging

While trying to install Winehq on Ubuntu 18.1 to get the Cisco Packet Tracer 7.1.1 installed.
I get error : E: Unable to locate package winehq-stable.
Please let me know if anyone could help me on it.

Assuming you mean 18.10, there are no packages for it at present, and I wouldn't expect any before it is released. Versions of Ubuntu that WineHQ builds packages for are listed on https://wiki.winehq.org/Download.

Thanks for the info. Oops my Ubuntu is 18.4 and not 18.10. I was able to download a package for winehq-stable. I did update & install the package. But I don't see Winehq installed. Since I'm a new to Ubuntu. Please have your say!

Wine does not create menu entries for itself. When you install something with Wine, winemenubuilder will add menu entries for it (if it is an app that adds menu entries for itself in Windows).
