The technical support do not deal with their software running under WINE on Linux!! The Mint forum has not been able to shine any light on the problem.
On the Wine App Data pages, Memory-map gets a gold rating - tested on Debian 9, but with workarounds.
However, I do not know if these apply to Mint, and if they do, how to implement them. Any help or pointing in the right direction would be gratefully received.... thanksWhat works
