VKD3D include libraries

Post by Cybermax »

I see that vkd3d project has been added to the wine configure... And i did a quick attempt to build the vkd3d source, but not instant luck with Ubuntu.

I think there is supposed to be some libxcb dev libraries needed to build this, but adding "by-error-message" seems too much work atm. That, and i needed to add CPATH env variable to the VulkanSDK include files to get it past that.

In less words: Do anyone have a quick'n'easy way to build the vkd3d include libraries for 64 + 32 bit for 'buntu? :)

I see Debian has a proposed package of vkd3d1_1.0 posted, but only amd64, and not i386. Building multiarch wine requires both (atleast from what i can gather), so anyone done any experimentation with this yet?

Since Gentoo has an ebuild for this library now...
I almost feel obligated to test it out.

All I've seen so far is the initial Microsoft D3D12 demo video, Henri showed at last years Wineconf.
