Wine 3.0 throws a lot of fixme messages when running wine64

New user. Just installed Wine on CentOS7.

Wine (without the 64) seems to work fine and quietly. When I run things under Wine64, though, I get a lot of fixme messages. Besides that, trying to install Java 1.8 JDK actually hangs.

I'm guessing that something is wrong with my Wine install. Is there a getting started document someone could point me towards that covers more of the 64-bit stuff? I've Googled, but most of the discussions I find are based on Wine 1.x, so they don't seem relevant.

tl;dr if you're using a pure 64-bit Wine installation - very little will work.

A Multilib Syswow 64-bit Wine installation - tends to output a lot of fixme: messages anyway.
Most can be ignored.
