PL/SQL Developer is flickering and raise an error

Hi,

I installed Wine 3.0 stable on my Kubuntu 16.04.3 LTS. Then I installed PLSQL Developer 12.0.7 using MSI installer. When I open PL/SQL Developer it starts flickering and after some time shows an error. It is a link to the screencast of flickering of PL/SQL Developer.

I can fix flickering issue by unchecking winecfg -> Graphics -> Allow the window manager to control the windows. But the second problem still exists. After opening the program, I do a little bit of action and get out an error.d the
