Rare issue with ZaraRadio

Post by jotape1960 »

I use WineHQ 2.4 into UbuntuStudio 16.04 LTS (64 bit).

I use it because I still use 3 native Windows OS software: ZaraRadio (Radio Automation), Opticodec-PC SE (Internet Audio Streaming Broadcasting) and Adobe Audition 1.5 (Audio Edition).

I discovered a rare behaviour inside ZaraRadio: The Events Editor doesn't erase events... When I try to erase some event, the editor just... duplicates it!!!

Now, I discovered how to fix it: To set WineHQ to use Windows XP as the default OS environment, into the Winecfg Configuration tab.

But... Why is that way???

Is it "normal"??? Or... Is it some kind of "bug"???

Assuming the Events Editor works as expected in real Windows versions higher than XP, it's a bug. But before filing one you need to test the current development release, 2.21, as 2.4 is obsolete.
