Forced Anti-Aliasing in 3D games in WINE? (Nvidia Settings)

Post by Klumpen »

Hello,

the search function didn't give me anything on the word "aliasing", so here goes:
I have a simple problem. Wine seems to ignore the anti-aliasing and anisotropic filtering settings of the driver while native games work with it as they should.
It's basically the same as in this thread: https://www.linuxquestions.org/question ... 263-print/

Is there any way to fix that?

greetings

PS: It's about Unreal Tournament 2004 which I installed via PlayOnLinux. I have the native Linux port installed as well in another folder and there AA and AF work but I can't get sound in it to work regardless of what I do with OpenAL libs etc... (been through all tutorials).
It's not the only game with the AA problem though so the question is valid anyway.
