I have a proprietary software install which creates a machine code for use in having the software provider issue a security code. The software expects to find the windows product code in order generate the machine code.
Can I add a product code ?
No code is found when the installer checks.

You had to do this sort of thing, when for example the Adobe Photoshop CS6 installer wasn't supported by Wine, manually copying the required registry keys from an install on native Windows...
