Origin launcher not showing up in window

Hey, I recently downloaded the origin launcher and tried to install it using wine, but everytime I launch the .exe wine will start to open the window and then it will quickly close. I checked the running processes and it says that origin is running but the window is never vissible and it never responds to an attempt to bring the window to the front. I have tried installing using the thin installer, legacy installer, new installer, and the installer that came with Crysis 3 but I have gotten the same result. The first time I attempted to install it, it loaded correctly but it said that it couldn't connect to the internet and so I exited out and tried to reload it but it didn't work. It loaded and on two other attempts but had the same internet connection problem each time and hasn't loaded since. I've looked for an answer to this for 2 days now and still haven't found anything so my question is, what can I do to make the installer work properly? It worked correctly those three lucky times and steam has always loaded fine so is the problem with wine or is it something I did / didn't do?
I'm using wine 2.0rc4 and arch linux with the kde desktop if that makes any difference.

I've had similar problem before. I would check for the
write permission for Origin within your prefix. Origin
mark its files read-only.

Thanks for the reply, but for some reason it started loading right, I don't know what fixed the problem though. Now it's telling me that origin can't connect to the internet, but Steam connects perfectly fine. Do you know what would fix this connection problem?

Try importing this. Look around the bug reports for Origin for help with this.
