Office 2016 doesn't yet install or work in Wine. Use an older version of Office; 2007 and 2010 work best. https://appdb.winehq.org/objectManager. ... ion&iId=31

Sounds like you didn't follow the instructions in the AppDB for installing. "Save as" works fine here.

The easiest way to remove any app is to delete the wineprefix. https://wiki.winehq.org/FAQ#How_do_I_wi ... llation.3F

You are probably not running it for the wineprefix where you installed Office.
