Dead Island - 1st WINE Experiment

Hello Everyone,


I am trying to run Dead Island (Game of the Year Edition) on Mint/ Kernel 3.16/ Wine 1.6.2 and honestly I have no idea what I am doing...I installed wine and all the other required packages. I started the Wine Configuration which then installed the .Net-package and Gecko. After that i tried to install the game via cli with no errors reported by the setup.exe. When I try to start the game Wine exits after a few seconds without any output on the screen.

The output of Wine while installing the game was:

Your Wine version is two years old; start by upgrading.
