Problem using Steam through Wine

Hello, I am having some trouble when I try to launch an executable file through Steam, I get a window saying "FileProtect failed", I am currently using wine 1.6.2 and Kubuntu 15.04. I get the same error if I look for the exe through my files as if I execute the game through Steam. Thanks in advance.

Your Wine version is old. Start by upgrading to the latest development release.
