As listed in the "bronze" rating, I can open the app, I can make calls and people can hear me but I can't hear them.
I see this note:

And I have been trying to open my ufw settings (uncomplicated firewall) to allow the ports they indicate, 5060:6060, 13000 to be open but I don't seem to be having any luck.
I'm a bit baffled! Any thoughts on how I can learn more?
