Uplay won't work, WSALookupServiceBegin failed with: 8

Hello,

I'm running Debian 8.1 with wine-1.6.2 an wanted to install Uplay.

Installation was successfull, but everytime i start UPlay, it crashes, and the Console messages are:

First i installed it with a clear wine installation, than i tried installing Uplay with winetricks. But on both installations, there is the same Error.

1.6.2 is old; start by upgrading Wine to the latest development release.

Okay, now i updatet based on this site http://wiki.winehq.org/WineOn64bit, but Uplay won't show up. All i get is this in the console.
