I'd been trying for a while to run Dawn of War II on my linux system. For some reason my videocard is detected as NVIDIA GeForce GTX 470 (pci device id is 0x06CD), but actually it is NVIDIA GeForce 740m.
I'd found out that I can change information about my hardware using regedit. But, howewer, it doesn't work. Completely! Steam and Dawn of War II in it's log file warnings.txt still detect it as NVIDIA GeForce GTX 470, even with all the changes in regestry.
I'll attach screenshot of regedit window, I hope someone will find out what's wrong with my settings.
If there are any mistakes, please, sorry for them. English is not my native language, so I don't use it often to write posts.
