what is the the best distribution for wine to work perfect?
is there is any programs can make wine work better or can help wine to open more programs?

From my short experiance with Wine, but exstensive tinkering, the wine most likely to work best is the absolute latesest verion more than likely, of course excepting the bugs or error it may have. Best way to make more things work in Wine from what I have found, is a) google it like crazy, and b) use another program like Winetricks (I use this) and/or PlayOnLinux (have not used this specifically but expect it to be helpful). Tons of stuff on the web you can find for how to operate these.
