Using Icons launchers to start a program run through wine
I am using Wine to run mame32 on Kubuntu 14.10 and it works if I go to the mame32directory and click on the executable mame32.exe. If I try and drag out a icon on the desktop and link it it tries to run it without wine intervening and it doesn't work. I'm am no wine expert, just thought that as long as it does run, it would be nice to launch the program without using a file manager or terminal.

Use KDE's menu editor to create a menu entry for it.

Thank you for your timely reply. While I have been using Linux and running a PC repair business, I have no knowledge of anything but the basics and have used Linux on business trips for many years as I believe it is a more secure platform for Banking etc. when online away from the office.
FOLLOW UP QUESTION: I will of course look myself but if you by chance no of a wiki or faq on the KDE menu editor I would be most greatfull.
Thanks Again
