Allowing a wine program to restart a wine initated service

im messing with wine a bit to be able to install smite on Linux, since the requirements and running stuff on wine are similar to b.net launcher and stuff i thought id use its play on Linux setup wine prefix to get it to run. i can even get the launcher running. only problem is that the launcher cant restart hi-rez authenticate and update service. if i can get past it i have already made all modification s to get it running. i just need the ability to get that service to restart. the thing is that, it starts out being standalone. the hi-rez service start and seems to become a Linux service, i THINK, so it doesn't have the ability to restart it using another wine process, wine can only start it but not restart it, correct me if im wrong these are all just my assumptions. if you think you know more on the subject let me know and also let me know what you need from me so i can get you more specifics.
