Not sure if this is a bug or not but BOINC under Linux reports the "incorrect" GPU details.
Linux (native):
AMD AMD Radeon HD 7400/7500/8300/8400 series (Scrapper) (768MB) driver: 1.4.1848 OpenCL: 1.2
Wine:
AMD Scrapper (1427MB) OpenCL: 1.2
The RAM is clearly off but it appears that the name being slightly off causes projects to not recognise the GPU and so none of them are sending tasks. It's hard to debug really without having access to the server.
I don't want to open a bug report if it's not really a bug, and then I'm only guessing that other apps might be affected by this.
BOINC: GPU reported differently under Wine than Linux
Re: BOINC: GPU reported differently under Wine than Linux
What does it report under Windows on that hardware?
Re: BOINC: GPU reported differently under Wine than Linux
I don't have Windows, but luckily other users do:

Same as Linux, it appears:

Re: BOINC: GPU reported differently under Wine than Linux
Sounds like a Wine bug to me.
