This program from bankinter:

Can be executed, after installing comdlg32.ocx and vb6run with winetricks, with wine.
It open a simple window, and you have to choose an q43 file (or to test, any file is ok). At my installation (debian sid, version wine-1.6.2 and wine-development 1.7.27), it doesn't find any file (some times it says that it is not the format, but most time it doesn't find the file)
Do you have any tip ?
