ubuntu12.04 + wine 1.5.27 + pylotro 1.5

first it worked, then like flipping a switch it didn't

it just comes up with:
The program pylotro.exe has encountered a serious problem and neds to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience. this can be caused by a problem in the program or a defiency in Wine.

I click on the "show details" button and nothing comes up in the window, just "loading detailed information, please wait..." but nothing come up. it worked fine one morning a few days ago, but that afternoon, no more

Try reinstalling to a clean wineprefix. If that doesn't work, post terminal output.

trying the reinstall now, but just incase, how do i get the rerminal output? i'm not very fluent in terminal
