wine + steam -constant updates

I have kubuntu 13.04 64bi with latest patches. Wine and steam installed via it. I run into problem that steam tries to update itself again and again. It seems to be infinite loop.

What's wrong?

Upgrade Wine. That bug was fixed in 1.5.25.
