CMD Problem (Can't do set /a blah=Number+Number)

Iv'e been trying to figure this problem out for a while now and I Just can't figure it out
Could someone please tell me how to fix the bug with CMD that makes the set /a not work please
As I Would really like to be able to use it thanks
