I unable to register OCSx and DLL in Ubuntu 12.04 LTS using Wine 1.4
Plz Help ASAP.

Start by upgrading to the latest development release.

Use regsvr32, the same as you would on Windows.

$ wine regsvr32 filename.dll/filename.ocx
